Zoning and Planning Law

Zoning and planning law covers disputes arising from the plans and administrative acts that determine the development rights of real estate. Objections and annulment actions against zoning plans and plan amendments, land readjustment (parcellation) procedures and challenges to the readjustment share deductions made in them form the core of this field; administrative applications and annulment actions against refusals of building permits and occupancy permits, the revocation of permits, demolition orders and zoning fines also fall within its scope.

The rights of owners of real estate reserved for public services by a plan but left unexpropriated for a long period, obtaining and reviewing zoning status certificates, and examining the zoning status of real estate before its acquisition or before a construction contract is concluded are also among the subjects of zoning and planning law.
