Av. Enes Reha GILBAZ completed primary and secondary education in Tekirdağ, graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2019 and completed the legal traineeship at the Istanbul Bar in 2020. Admitted to the Tekirdağ Bar in January 2021 with the licence to practise law, Av. Enes Reha GILBAZ founded Gılbaz & Gılbaz Avukatlık Bürosu in the same year together with Av. Şeyma GILBAZ. The practice of Av. Enes Reha GILBAZ covers real estate law, commercial litigation and relations, consumer law and tax law.

In the field where law and artificial intelligence intersect, Av. Enes Reha GILBAZ carries out methodical work on the systematic classification of case law and legislation and on the reliable use of artificial intelligence in legal research and professional practice. This work is based on processing client information within the firm’s own infrastructure, without it leaving the firm, and on the duties of professional secrecy and confidentiality.

The legal dimensions of artificial intelligence applications, and the questions they raise in terms of information technology law, personal data protection law and professional responsibility, are also among the subjects of this work.

Alongside professional activities, Av. Enes Reha GILBAZ has been a member of the Süleymanpaşa Consumer Arbitration Committee since 2022. Av. Enes Reha GILBAZ continues to work in the fields of civil society and politics and serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Tekirdağ Development Association (Tekirdağ Gelişim Derneği), an association founded with its headquarters in Ankara.

Av. Şeyma GILBAZ graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2015 and completed a master’s degree in public law at the same faculty in 2022–2025. The master’s thesis, prepared under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Haydar Burak GEMALMAZ, is entitled “Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi ve Anayasa Mahkemesi Kararlarında Mülkiyet Hakkı Açısından Ayrımcılık Yasağı” (Prohibition of Discrimination in Terms of Property Rights in the Decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court; Istanbul, 2025).

Having completed the legal traineeship at the Istanbul Bar in 2015–2017, Av. Şeyma GILBAZ practised law as a member of the Istanbul Bar in 2017–2020 and has been a member of the Tekirdağ Bar since 2020. Since 2023 Av. Şeyma GILBAZ has been a specialist mediator and also acts as a trademark attorney.

In 2021 Av. Şeyma GILBAZ founded Gılbaz & Gılbaz Avukatlık Bürosu together with Av. Enes Reha GILBAZ. The practice of Av. Şeyma GILBAZ focuses mainly on the right to property, urban regeneration law and zoning law.
