Urban Regeneration Law

Urban regeneration law covers matters arising from regeneration procedures carried out in areas under disaster risk and in risky buildings. Objections and annulment actions against risky building determinations, actions against risky area and reserve building area decisions, and demolition and eviction procedures form the core of this field.

Decisions taken among owners during the regeneration process, the sale of the shares of owners who do not join these decisions, the rights of tenants and holders of limited rights in rem, rent assistance and entitlement claims, and disputes arising from construction-for-land-share agreements concluded with contractors are also among the subjects of urban regeneration law.
