Consumer Law
Consumer law encompasses matters arising from the relationships between consumers acquiring goods or services and sellers and providers. Claims arising from defective goods and services, distance and off-premises contracts, the right of withdrawal, and warranty and after-sales service obligations form the core of this field.
Housing and timeshare sales, pre-paid housing sale agreements, consumer loan and credit card agreements, subscription contracts and unfair terms, as well as actions before consumer courts and party representation at the mediation stage of consumer disputes, are also included.
