Employment Law
Employment law covers matters relating to the lawful establishment, conduct and termination of the employment relationships that enterprises establish with their employees. The drafting of employment contracts and workplace regulations, working hours, pay and bonus schemes, confidentiality and non-competition provisions, and the monitoring of occupational health and safety obligations are the main subjects of this field.
The review of the grounds and procedure for termination before an employment contract is terminated, defence and warning procedures, actions conducted on behalf of the employer against reinstatement and employee receivable claims, and liability disputes arising from occupational accidents and diseases also fall within this field; party representation at the mediation stage of employment disputes is likewise included.
